  2. Choose what you want to get within your minimum spending limit
  3. On payment, either scan the QR code or read out your unique wiCode.

If my gift card expires and I haven’t used it can I get it renewed?

Gift cards are not renewable after they have expired but you can look out for the retailer and redeem a gift card the following month.

Can I transfer my gift card to someone else?

Gift cards are non-transferable and intended for the account holder's use only.

Can I combine my gift cards with other promotions or discounts?

Gift cards cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts, unless otherwise stated by the retailer.

Can I use multiple gift cards in a single transaction?

No, you can only use 1 gift cards in one transaction as long as you meet the minimum spend requirement for each card. Also remember you cannot select the same retailer more than once in the month.

How do I receive my gift card details?

During checkout, you can choose your preferred communication method: WhatsApp, Email, or SMS. Your gift card details will be sent accordingly.

Can I choose different retailers for my gift cards?

Absolutely! With over 40 retailers in South Africa, you can select 3 gift cards from various options to suit your preferences. Also you cannot select the same retailer more than once in the month.

How many gift cards can I access each month?

You can access up to 3 gift cards per month, each valued at R50 (with a minimum spend of R150)  You don’t have to select all 3 to checkout you can just select one at a time.

Can I exchange this for cash?

No, gift cards are not redeemable for cash. They are designed to be used as a form of payment for goods and services at the issuing store or establishment.

Do the retailers ever change?

Yes retailers are subject to change but we will always ensure we have enough retailers for you to choose from.

What if I don’t meet the minimum spending requirement?

To redeem a gift card, you must spend at least the specified minimum amount. For example, for a R100 discount, spend at least R300 then you get the R100 off and you only pay R200.

What is a wiCode?

A wiCode is a unique voucher code sent to you. Present it to the retailer to redeem your gift card. Remember, minimum spending requirements apply.

What do I do if my wiCode doesn’t work?

First check that your gift card hasn’t expired, remember the gift card is only valid for the month in which it is redeemed. If the voucher is still valid then please contact us on 0800 100 044 or you can email us on support@treatley.co.za and one of our consultants will help you.
